766pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, ongoing KYC failure, or detection of prohibited conduct. Upon termination, any verified account balance (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to the member's registered payment method where technically possible, subject to 766pub's fraud prevention obligations.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting 766pub support. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within one (1) business day and may not be reversed for the minimum self-exclusion period selected.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 766pub platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
